Hayden Potter is an experienced civil solicitor who comes from a general practice and torts background. He brings a diverse multidisciplinary experience of law, having handled matters ranging from tort law to contract law and everything in between.

Hayden assists the partners in civil litigation representing clients who have been wronged, including by the police, and who wish to seek compensation for the unlawful harm brought to them. He also undertakes matters where clients are alleged to have acted fraudulently, or mislead others.

Hayden has extensively worked on intentional torts matters, and has conducted cases at all levels, including interstate courts. During his practice, Hayden communicates with a diverse client base, and is eager to ensure that clients receives compensation for their injuries.

Hayden is a passionate solicitor who brings excellent research skills, a keen eye for detail, a high level of adaptability, and excellent analytical skills.
