Dr Emma Collins has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (both with First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney and a BCL, MPhil and DPhil (International Criminal Law) from the University of Oxford. She is a dual qualified UK / Australian lawyer.
Dr Collins has profound expertise in international criminal law, having worked in the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court and being part of the team representing a state party in the first admissibility challenges before the Court.
Dr Emma Collins is also an experienced jury trial advocate and has advised and represented individuals in white collar crime matters, including tax offences, money laundering, fraud, proceeds of crime as well as extradition and Interpol Red Notices.
Emma holds practising certificates from the Bar of England and Wales and the Law Society of New South Wales.
