Singleton Local Court, also known as Singleton Court House, is located at 39 Elizabeth Street in central Singleton.

What cases are heard in Singleton Court House?

Local Courts hear a variety of criminal matters and drink driving and traffic matters. The following information applies to Singleton Local Court, as well as all other Local Courts in Australia.

Most matters will start at the Local Court. The Local Court primarily hears summary offences, which are less serious offences. Examples of such offences include disorderly behaviour and driving under the influence of alcohol or a drug.
