Glen Innes is a parish and town on the Northern Tablelands, in the New England region of New South Wales. It is the centre of the Glen Innes Severn Shire Council. The town is located at the intersection of the New England Highway and the Gwydir Highway.

Glen Innes Local Court, also known as Glen Innes Court House, has been associated with the provision of law and justice in the town and broader region since 1874 and is the second courthouse built in the town that replaced an earlier construction, completed in 1859.
