Casino is a town in the Northern Rivers area of New South Wales. It lies on the banks of the Richmond River and is situated at the junction of the Bruxner Highway and the Summerland Way. It is located 726 km north of Sydney and 228 km south of Brisbane.

Casino Local Court, also known as Casino Court House, was completed in 1882 and replaced an old timber building which had outlived its usefulness. It is almost hidden from the road by trees.

The Local Court also hears family law matters such as property settlements and residence orders.
