Rayan is an experienced criminal litigator who appears in the Local Court, Children’s Court, District Court, Supreme Court and the Court of Criminal Appeal.
Rayan advises, appears and instructs in all general and complex criminal matters, including white collar and corporate crime. She regularly represents clients charged with sexual assault, drug offences, assault, fraud and traffic offences.
Pragmatic and decisive, Rayan offers solution-focused outcomes to legal challenges. She uses her strong interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate with government agencies such as the NSWDPP and CDPP to obtain the best possible outcome. She is passionate and committed to obtaining the best results for her clients.
Rayan has previously worked for Legal Aid NSW and is on various Legal Aid crime panels.
