Olga Guillen specialises in international/transnational criminal law and has worked for the United Nations in numerous foreign jurisdictions where war crimes were being investigated and prosecuted. She has a Masters in International Law from Sydney University. Olga’s international criminal law expertise include money laundering, child exploitation, cybercrime, serious white collar and corporate crime matters, as well as complex transnational drug importations.
Olga also has extensive experience in serious domestic criminal matters, having prosecuted a wide range of state and federal crimes in Sydney for over eight years as a Senior Federal and State Prosecutor. Olga’s practice in domestic criminal law is varied and includes offences related to; drug importations and supply; murder, general assault and sexual assault, and; possession and dissemination of illegal pornographic material.
Olga brings to Nyman Gibson Miralis her international experience and focus on global criminal law matters with over 20 years of high level experience in the criminal justice system.
