Arman is a defence lawyer whose practice covers matters being investigated and prosecuted by the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC), the Australian Federal Police (AFP), the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (CDPP), and all state agencies including the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) and NSW Police State Crime Command.

Arman is experienced in matters involving cyber investigations, data breaches, financial crime, foreign bribery, high value taxation investigations and disputes, money laundering, tax fraud and evasion, and unexplained wealth.

He has appeared in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of NSW for state and Commonwealth matters.

Arman holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from Bond University and is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).

He is entered in the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia.
