Bonnie Wynne is a civil litigation solicitor pursuing claims for compensation from NSW Police on behalf of her clients in relation to:

  1. Malicious Prosecution;
  2. Wrongful Arrest;
  3. False Imprisonment;
  4. Assault/Battery (Police Brutality or Excessive Force);
  5. Misfeasance/Malfeasance in a Public Office.

Bonnie graduated from University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts/Laws with a major in Politics and International Relations in 2014.

As a solicitor, Bonnie has advocated for persons suffering from personal injuries as a result of asbestos exposure, medical negligence, public liability, work related injuries and motor vehicle accidents. Bonnie has appeared in the Dust Diseases Tribunal of NSW, District Court of NSW and the Supreme Court of NSW in her pursuit of large sums of compensation on behalf of her injured clients.

In her experience in personal injury, Bonnie has developed her dedication to the protection of civil liberties and pursuing justice on behalf of the ‘little guy’ against corporations and governments. She will ensure that your claim is handled with compassion, enthusiasm and preparation.

As part of her practice, Bonnie openly communicates with each of her clients by keeping them updated with every stage of their claim and thinks outside of the box when problem solving. She is driven by her desire to fight against unjust situations that the public can find themselves in with Police NSW and ensure the NSW Government is accountable for the actions of its police force.

Bonnie travels throughout NSW in order to meet with clients, take instructions and provide full and thorough advice about their rights to a civil claim to compensation or a complaint that can be made to Ombudsman NSW. Her claims are handled on a speculative “No Win, No Fee” basis meaning that you will not pay for professional legal fees until your claim has resolved successfully.
